1. Measurements & Sizes
Are the sizes I enter online the final finished size?
- Blinds & Shades → Yes. The width and height you enter online will be the final finished size you receive. We do not make any deductions. Please measure carefully, as your product will be produced exactly to the dimensions you provide.
Do you make adjustments or deductions to my measurements?
- Blinds & Shades → No. MIFU never changes or deducts from your provided sizes.
- For inside-mount blinds and shades, deduct about 5 mm from your window opening to ensure smooth installation.
- Outside mount → Made exactly to the size you specify.
How are drapery sizes defined?
- The finished width is after pleating or headings are sewn.
- The finished height is the final curtain length.
- Each panel is made 100–200 mm wider than the rod/track length to prevent light gaps and allow overlap.
- For two panels on one rod/track, extra width ensures proper overlap in the center.

What can I buy from MIFU Decor?
- Custom window coverings: drapes, sheers, valances, blinds, shades.
- Wall coverings: murals and wallpapers.
When I buy a curtain track, are accessories included? Can I buy extras separately?
- Yes. Tracks include brackets, gliders, rings, end caps, connectors, and screws. Extras sold separately.
When I buy custom drapes, are hooks included?
- Yes. All drapes include hooks, ready to install.
Can I order free fabric swatches?
- Yes. Swatches are free on selected fabrics (shipping cost applies).

Do you offer design consultations?
- Yes. Free virtual or showroom consultations are available.
Can I get help choosing the right product?
- Yes. Our team provides:

4. Showrooms & Installation
Can I visit your showroom?
- Yes. Locations in Halifax, Los Angeles, and Beijing (by appointment).
Do you offer installation services?
- Yes, in showroom cities.
- For other areas, we recommend trusted third-party installers.
How do I install if I don’t hire a professional?
- We provide detailed guides and virtual customer service support.
5. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
- Major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
- Yes, within 48 hours of purchase:

6. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Most countries are covered. Contact us if outside Canada/US to confirm availability.
How long does delivery take?
- All products are custom-made. Delivery: 3–5 weeks.
How are products packaged?
- Blinds → Wrapped in protective plastic and boxed.
- Draperies → Folded in protective bags and boxed.
- All packages reinforced and labeled for easy ID.
What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos for replacement or repair.
7. Returns, Warranty & Taxes
Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes. 2 years against material/workmanship defects. Solutions: repair, replacement, or discount.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
- Within 7 days → defective items refunded or replaced.
- After 7 days → replacement only.
- Custom-made products → non-returnable unless defective.
Do I need to calculate sales tax?
- No. Taxes applied automatically at checkout.
