PRODUCT WARRANTY

MIFU Decor offers a 2-year warranty on all products as outlined below.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Manufacturing defects: MIFU Decor warrants that all custom window coverings sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

2. Material quality: We guarantee the quality of materials used in the construction of the window coverings, ensuring they meet industry standards for durability and performance.

3. Workmanship: MIFU Decor ensures that all custom window coverings are manufactured and installed with proper care and attention to detail, minimizing the risk of defects due to poor workmanship.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

1. Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or degradation of materials over time.

2. Misuse or abuse: Any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or abuse of the window coverings is not covered under the warranty.

3. Improper installation: The warranty does not cover issues arising from improper installation of the window coverings. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper installation or to use the installation services provided by MIFU Decor.

Claim Process:

1. Notification: Customers must notify us of any defects covered by the warranty within a reasonable time frame from the date of discovery.

2. Evaluation: Upon notification, we will evaluate the claim to determine if it falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.

3. Resolution: If the claim is deemed valid, the store will repair or replace the defective window coverings at no additional cost to the customer, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

The liability of MIFU Decor under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as stated herein. The store shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the window coverings, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or inconvenience.

Disclaimer:

This warranty takes the place of all other stated warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements.
