At Mifu Decor, all of our window coverings are custom-made to order. Because each piece is tailored specifically to your measurements, fabric choice, and design, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the client, or preference differences.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. Please review the following terms:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

2. After 7 Days of Delivery

  • For quality concerns reported after the 7-day period, refunds are not available.
  • Instead, we will provide a replacement solution to resolve the issue.

3. Reorder Discount (Goodwill Policy)

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your order, Mifu Decor offers a one-time reorder discount of 35%, valid within 45 days of installation.
  • This discount cannot exceed the value of the original order and is offered as a goodwill gesture, subject to evaluation and approval by Mifu Decor.
  • This offer does not imply product defect or acceptance of liability.

4. Client-Provided Measurements

  • Orders made to client-supplied measurements are the client’s responsibility.
  • If a reorder is required due to incorrect measurements, it will be at the client’s expense.
  • As a goodwill gesture, Mifu Decor offers a 20% discount on reorders caused by client-provided sizing errors.

5. Fabric Dye Lot Variance

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or finish between samples and final products, or between different orders, are normal in textile production.
  • These variances are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or remakes.

6.Our Commitment

We are committed to honest, long-term service. While handcrafted products may have small natural variations, if a genuine defect arises, we will take full responsibility and provide a fair resolution. Our customer service team is here to assist via live chat or email.
