Project Overview
The RE/MAX Nova office project sought to blend professionalism with approachability. Rather than a sterile commercial look, the goal was to give clients a feeling of warmth and comfort. To achieve that, MIFU Decor outfitted the space with custom roller shades and carefully selected wallpaper.
Design Strategy & Features
-
Custom Roller Shades
The office features roller shades tailored to each window, enabling clean light control and consistency throughout. The shades balance privacy and daylight, keeping the atmosphere welcoming yet controlled. -
Wallpaper Accent
As part of the project, wallpaper was used as a complementary design element—adding texture, depth, and character to the walls while tying into the window treatments. -
Commercial Considerations
In a commercial setting like an office, durability, ease of maintenance, and aesthetic cohesion are key. The chosen roller shades and wallpaper meet those demands while enhancing the client experience.
Benefits & Client Experience
-
Warm Professional Ambience
The combination of soft window treatments and textured wallpaper shifts the feel from corporate to comfortable—helping RE/MAX present its services in an inviting environment. -
Functionality Meets Design
Roller shades allow staff to modulate light levels (reducing glare or controlling brightness) without losing visual harmony. -
Cohesive Look
Consistency in window treatments and wall treatments makes the office design feel thoughtful and deliberate.
