For the Element Court residence, the client wanted a layered window covering system that could handle multiple needs:
- Total light block at night
- Daytime natural light with privacy
- Effortless operation for large windows
To achieve this, MIFU Decor designed a mix of blackout drapery, sheer curtains, and zebra blinds, with select blinds motorized for modern living convenience.

Full-length fabric drapery in a blackout weave ensures complete darkness when drawn. Perfect for bedrooms and media spaces, it also enhances insulation and sound dampening. -
Sheer Curtains
Installed as a second fabric layer, the sheers allow natural daylight to pass through while maintaining privacy. Their translucent weave lets in brightness but prevents clear visibility from outside. -
Zebra Blinds (Motorized Options)
Layered zebra blinds provide flexible light control with alternating sheer and opaque bands. Motorized versions offer remote or smart-home operation, ideal for hard-to-reach or large windows.
